Altearah will close for annual holidays from Friday 20 December 16:30 to Wednesday 01 January 2020 inclusive.
The last orders can be processed until Thursday, December 19 at noon (12 noon) to be shipped before closing. Orders placed after noon on December 19 will be shipped as of January 3, 2020.

Shipping and returns
The products will be delivered to the address indicated on your order form.
No order can be sent without its payment received in the accounts.
Orders are shipped by the carrier DPD (La Poste group), the day after receipt of your payment.
Delivery times are about 48 hours for France. These times may vary depending on product availability.

Delivery abroad (outside Metropolitan France)
Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to your country of delivery.
The deadlines vary depending on the country and possible customs formalities.
International delivery is free for orders over 150€.
Shipping your order
Your order is shipped the same day if it is placed before 10:30 am from Monday to Friday.
After that time, it will be shipped the next day.
We do not ship packages on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Amount of shipping costs:
As soon as your basket reaches 70 € including all taxes, then shipping costs are free. For orders between 47 and 69€, shipping costs are fixed at 3.20€ (Only for deliveries in Metropolitan France, Corsica included).
For your orders whose basket is between 0 and 46 € including all taxes, the fixed contribution to the shipping costs depends on your choice of delivery (home, office, relay point...).
On some occasions, shipping costs are offered regardless of the amount of your order.
