COVID-19 Announcement 

Due to the Coronavirus epidemic, deliveries are expected to be severely disrupted. In order to make the best possible contribution to the fight against the spread of the virus, only home deliveries by standard mailbox delivery will be available until further notice.

To ensure that you receive your delivery, it is imperative that you provide a valid email address and mobile phone number with your order. Altearah and our partners agree not to disclose any of your details beyond the delivery process. 

During this time, delivery is fixed at a single rate and is free of charge for purchases of 70€ or above (in France only) and 150€ or above (in all other countries).

Packages are prepared upon receipt of your order. They are collected by the carrier on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Shipping and returns

The products will be delivered to the address indicated on your order form.

No order can be sent without its payment received in the accounts.

Orders are shipped by the carrier DPD (La Poste group), the day after receipt of your payment.

Delivery times are about 48 hours for France. These times may vary depending on product availability.

Delivery abroad (outside Metropolitan France)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to your country of delivery.

The deadlines vary depending on the country and possible customs formalities.

International delivery is free for orders over 150€. 

Shipping your order

Your order is shipped the same day if it is placed before 10:30 am from Monday to Friday.

After that time, it will be shipped the next day.

We do not ship packages on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 

Amount of shipping costs:

As soon as your basket reaches 70 € ttc, then shipping costs are free in France. Delivery outside France is free from 150€ ttc of purchase.

For your orders whose basket is between 0 and 69 € ttc, the fixed contribution to the shipping costs depends on your choice of delivery (home, office, relay point ...).

In certain occasions, the shipping costs are offered whatever the amount of your order.

Depending on the nature of your complaint, within 14 days, we will take care of the exchange of your defective item(s) by sending you a good return.
