The Eric Comte Dark Chocolate

From Hacienda Eleonor, the family plantation located in the Esmeraldas region of Ecuador, this cocoa comes from the Fino de Aroma Nacional variety, one of the best fine cocoas in the world. Cultivated using methods that respect the environment (agroforestry and organic farming), Eric Comte chocolate is of inimitable quality, boasting authenticity and exceptional craftsmanship.

The Tasting Ritual
